It’s crucial to build strong relationships with teachers. To create more opportunities to engage with the school and foster closer connections, I volunteered as a room parent every year.  ​

Diet Adjustment

We made significant changes to our family’s diet to better support our child’s needs. As many parents of kids with tics may know, certain foods can trigger or worsen symptoms, so we took a proactive approach to identify and eliminate problematic items.
